Founding Engineer (Part-time option, Equity based)

Role:

As our Founding Engineer, you will lead the development of our MVP, influence key technical decisions, and shape the future of our product. For the first months, this is an equity-only, part-time position, perfect for an entrepreneurial engineer looking to invest their skills in a promising venture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of our MVP
• Develop robust and scalable backend systems using Python
• Create intuitive and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms
• Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into the e-commerce platform
• Be part and collaborate closely with the founding team to shape product strategy and technical direction

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a full-stack developer, with a strong background in web and mobile application development. Preferably using Flutter and React.
• Proficiency in Python for backend development
• Strong problem-solving skills, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
